Paul believes that Langley is at an important crossroads. The ideas and plans
that the city sets in place over the next several years will determine whether Langley maintains its rural village feel. 

“We’re currently experiencing the most growth our town has ever seen. Growth is going to happen. We have to work together on doing it right.”
 

Paul’s key issues are:

• Working with the community and the city council to develop solutions to managing Langley’s growth

• Promoting a village-scale approach to housing and business growth

• Creating a strong role for Langley in serving the greater South Whidbey community
